02/02/2005 Entry: "Me, myself, and I"
Well I got my energy back finally. Now I just gotta get my appetite back on track and I'll be all set. I went to the gym this morning instead of my usual night outting and it worked out pretty good. I actually did some cardio. I haven't done cardio in forever. I think I'm going to start that back up. I'm not going to get too crazy, just like 10 min on the treadmill after I lift. I don't want to burn off any more calories than I have to. I already lost 5 lbs this past week from my appetite loss. I do think overall the cardio will help though. I just can't over do it, and I gotta keep on eating again. On the plus side, my abs are looking rrrrripped.
